This weekend, I will post an article about the moment I experienced the profound and permanent shift in consciousness I call self-realization.

I experienced that inner shift over ten years ago, and it changed my life and my perception of reality completely.

I wasn’t the same person before and after it happened.

That shift in consciousness also led me to walk away from my spiritual path. The reason was that I found myself in a new reality, a reality where that path didn’t exist – since I experienced a different state of consciousness.

I call this inner shift self-realization because, when it happened, I realized who I am, my true self. Another way to say it is that who I am realized itself in me or that consciousness realized itself in me, as me.

Self-realization is now both the foundation and the goal of my spiritual teaching. 

I created that teaching after experiencing that inner shift because I realized there was another way to guide others toward that shift in consciousness than what had been done before – and another way to talk about it (and I created the teaching based on my own experience).

That is why I talk about the true self. It is also why I guide you toward realizing and being your true self in my work while helping you face and free yourself from the ego in both your inner and outer worlds.

After experiencing self-realization, I know the only way to live an awake life is to be who you are. Being who you are is also the only way to LIVE in the present moment without effort and the only way to live and embody 5D consciousness.
